We understand that circumstances may change. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, you are entitled to request a refund within 15 days of purchase. To initiate a refund, please contact our Customer Service team via email and inform us of your intention to withdraw from the contract.
Refunds will not be issued once your application has been processed or if the application is rejected by the government due to inaccuracies or errors in the information you provided. Order processing begins only after payment is successfully received or within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Once we receive your request, your refund will be processed within two business days. Refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may convert the refund to your local currency based on their exchange rates.
All transactions are processed in US Dollars. You will receive the same amount in USD that was originally charged. If your bank or credit card provider converts the refund into another currency, the exchange rate applied will be determined by them.

The final decision regarding approval or rejection is made solely by the relevant government authorities. Furthermore, entry into the United States is at the discretion of the customs officer at the port of entry.
